The US Department of Energy (DOE) is a Cabinet-level department of the United States government concerned with the United States' policies regarding energy development, safety, management and conservation.

The DOE partners with states and other stakeholders to plan a more resilient infrastructure, and supports efforts to increase grid efficiency and energy storage as more renewable energy sources become available.
